DMC-1000 DC Motor Controller

DMC-1000™ DC Motor Controller

  • The DC Motor Controller 1000 is a microprocessor based Direct Current Motor Controller designed to operate with Computer Weld Technology's WSC-1000™ Weld Sequence Controller. The DC Motor Controller can be used to interface direct current motor driven components such as wire feed and travel with the appropriate mechanical and electrical specifications to the WSC-1000.
  • When used with the Weld Sequence Controller, the DMC-1000 receives position, velocity and speed command data from the WSC-1000 by means of a Local Area Network (LAN) making the unit convenient and easy to install and simple to use.
  • The internal 75 line Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) enables the user to configure the system to comply with the desired operational sequences. Computer Weld Technology's DMC-1000 DC Motor Controller can be used as a stand-alone control, when programmed directly from a personal computer or terminal, and has the capability of storing up to 75 PLC commands.
