Vertical Slide Assembly |
|
- Computer
Weld Technology's Vertical Slide Assembly is a precision,
linear motion control device that provides exacting vertical
movement for torch-to-work positioning.
- The
vertical slide assembly is intended to be used with Computer
Weld Technology's MSC-1000 Micro-step Controller which provides
the necessary control functions and drive power to the stepper
motor drive.
- The
ball screw drive design with linear ball rail system provides
high load carrying capability, smooth operation, superior
response and excellent repeatability.
- All
of these attributes combine to make the VSA-2000 an ideal
tool for use with automatic systems and automated welding
applications.
- The
user can regulate the slide center position, stroke length,
vertical speed control and enable programmed positioning
for the purpose of employing automatic torch-to-work tracking
for all welding processes only when used with MSC-1000 control.
