Capstan Wire Feed System |
- The
Computer Weld Technology's Capstan Wire Feed System is light
weight (5 '/2 lbs. without a torch) and designed for use
with robotic and welding fixture applications. The patented
Capstan System gives you the ultimate in affordable wire
feed technology and reliability.
- The
CWF-100 produces a slip free positive driving force to the
filler wire without damaging the wire surface and provides
exceptional feeding of the "soft" wires such as
aluminum and copper.
- The
Capstan drive wheel plastically deforms the wire removing
previous cast and, using an outboard wire straightener,
directs the wire to the exact desired location in the weld
joint.
