ADMSTAT Plus™ is a product of Computer Weld Technology, Inc. and is designed to operate in conjunction with our ADM IV™ monitoring system.  The program provides a serial communications program, which is used to communicate with the ADM IV and to collect weld data.

It provides graphical functions, which permits the user to view and analyze stored welding data.  The program provides a full function, user configurable ASCII terminal program, which can be used to configure all of the ADM IV functions. It provides weld data collection routines that allow the user to collect run-time weld data and store this data for future analysis.

A statistical function allows the user to generate basic Process Control Limits for a specified weld schedule based on stored weld data files. The ADM IV control limits can be edited and include a Weld Setup specification sheet, which is used to save process specific user information for the current weld schedule.  A graphical analysis function is included to provide easy analysis of stored weld data files and to generate graphical reports.

Simultaneously collect and Display Real-Time Sweep Graph of Weld Data

The statistical function allows the user to calculate basic process control limits for a specific weld schedule based on the stored weld data, edit those calculated limits as required and down load them to the ADM IV™.

Weld Schedule Edit
Other features included are a weld setup specification sheet used to record specific operational and process data for the current weld schedule, and the graph function which provides the capability to easily review and export the archived weld data.

Fault Data Display

The Fault Data Display allows the user to display stored weld data which indicates the date, time, weld number, schedule and faulted data for each fault condition detected. Easily scroll through all fault summaries and display status for each enabled parameters. The summaries can be printed to provided a hard copy of the faulted welds.
