The WireLog Plus™ Program is used with the WireTrak™ Sensor and provides a simple MODBUS™ terminal to program and download data from multiple WireTrak™ Sensors. The program uses the MODBUS™ RTU protocol to establish communication with multiple WireTrak™ devices. The interface to the Sensor is via a RS-485 duplex network.

The WireTrak™ sensor is a lightweight; compact sensor unit designed for monitoring and telemonitoring service purposes in a welding environment. The WireTrak™ Sensor includes an embedded micro-controller to provide the necessary data acquisition, signal processing and communications firmware to allow remote logging of the following basic welding parameters.

Sweep Chart

When the Plot function is enabled the Program will generate a sweep chart for the data collected.  The chart X-axis will display the Arc time (in Seconds) when the data was read and the Y-axis will display the associated data values.  As time progress new data is appended to the right most position on the graph and old data is pushed to the left.  The Y-axis scale is based on the scale values set in the Tool Box Config system tab.
